Project Architect
Meghana Reddy is a registered architect in Queensland, currently practicing at POWE Architecture in Brisbane. With over seven years of experience across residential, multi-residential, education, and aged care sectors, she has contributed to all project phases—from schematic design to construction documentation and contract administration.
In her current role, she is responsible for delivering high-quality documentation packages, coordinating multidisciplinary consultants, and managing project timelines. Her previous experience includes significant roles at Cottee Parker Architects and DKO Architecture, where she led consultant management, documentation, and contract administration for major projects.
Passionate about bridging the gap between architectural education and professional practice, she focuses on empowering emerging architects to confidently manage real-world project documentation, coordinate effectively with consultants, and navigate construction-phase challenges. By emphasizing regulatory compliance and clarifying consultant responsibilities, she aids students in developing the practical knowledge necessary to deliver successful, buildable projects.

Sean Mclean
Senior Project Architect
Sean McLean is a registered architect in Queensland with over 10 years of experience, currently practicing at Gray Puksand Architects in Brisbane. His diverse background spans structural and civil engineering, land surveying, and landscape design, providing him with a multifaceted perspective that enhances his architectural approach. Sean is known for his adaptability and design rigor, consistently leading and contributing to the successful realization of projects across various typologies, including education, residential, multi-residential, retirement living, and commercial sectors.
At Gray Puksand, Sean emphasizes a creative methodology grounded in first principles, graphical communication, structural language, detailed resolution, coordination, and buildability. His commitment to these fundamentals ensures that each project is both innovative and practical.
