Bridging the knowledge gap for Australian architecture graduates.
Many graduates, even experienced ones, struggle with full project documentation. Our mission is to guide architecture professionals in mastering project documentation, detailing, and coordination through a comprehensive, step-by-step approach. Archi Upskill offers valuable resources to build expertise, without the lengthy learning curve typical in the architecture industry.
Our Team
Meghana Reddy
Architect
Founder, Archiupskill
Meghana Reddy is a registered Queensland architect and the driving force behind ArchiUpskill. With over seven years of experience spanning residential, multi-residential, education, and aged-care sectors, she has worked across every stage of project delivery—from early concept design through to construction documentation and contract administration.
Her career includes key roles within leading national practices in Australia and overseas, where she managed consultant coordination, led documentation outputs, and oversaw contract administration for major projects. These experiences exposed a recurring industry challenge: graduates were entering the workforce enthusiastic but underprepared for the practical demands of architectural practice.
Motivated to close this gap, Meghana founded ArchiUpskill to empower emerging architects with the real-world skills they need to succeed. She is deeply committed to improving practical education by teaching clear documentation standards, regulatory compliance, consultant responsibilities, and construction-phase coordination. Through ArchiUpskill, she equips graduates with the confidence and capability to contribute meaningfully to projects from day one—while helping firms build stronger, more efficient teams.
